At ANAQA, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalised exclusively for you. As each item is created to your unique specifications, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind once production has commenced.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Personalised Orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return period. This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you have changed your mind, entered the wrong personalisation details, selected the incorrect size, or no longer require the item.
Please check all names, dates, initials, spellings and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.
Once we have assessed the issue, we will, where appropriate:
- repair your item;
- replace your item at no additional cost; or
- provide a full refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin creating personalised items shortly after an order is placed. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate your request. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
