Shipping & Delivery
Personalised items Production Time
Personalised items are produced when ordered as they are made especially for you. For this reason they require 2-4 weeks for production. Please bare this in mind when placing your order.
Tracking Number
You will be emailed a tracking number once your item(s) have been produced. This will be after the 2-4 week production period.
UK (United Kingdom) Shipping
UK orders are shipped as Standard Tracked 5-8 days. Shipping is free on all UK orders.
EU (European Union) Shipping
EU orders are shipped as Standard International Tracked £5.99 | 5-8 days. Shipping is free on orders above £100.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped as Standard International Tracked £7.99 | 5-8 days. Shipping is free to on orders above £100.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes. We recommend checking your local guidelines for further information.
Order Issues
Personalised items Return Policy
Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are custom made. Any refused or returned personalised items cannot be refunded.
Damaged | Faulty Items
In the event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We encourage you to include an image of the fault for a prompt solution. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if production hasn't started. Please contact us promptly if you would like to make changes to your order.
Orders may be cancelled automatically if items are out of stock. You will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.
Wrong or Missing items
Items from orders with multiple items may often be shipped separately to avoid delays. If you have any inquires, Please feel free to contact us for updates regarding your order or confirmations.
If you receive the wrong order please contact us including a photo of the item received. This will help us resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement with the correct items.

First Order Discounts
